Secondhand Smoke's Effect On Our Kids!

I am very glad that I just saw an ad of this site on TV. Our neighbors smoke almost 24 hours a day. We have told them that we, especially our children, are suffering very much because of smoke, and sometimes we even have hard time to breath. We sealed our door with sponge tapes and close windows whenever needed, but still suffering a lot. In fact, my child is coughing with lots of mucas sound for several months already. Our pediatrician prescribed some prescriptions, but his symptoms improved only during when he took the medicines. I really do not think that he should continue all those medicines since the main cause (which I strongly believe the 'second hand smoke') is getting worse everyday. We even tried to move, but it did not work out well due t o the current real estate market situation. I feel like I even want to take a legal action but do not have any information about an attorney who might be professional in this particular area.

We live in a non-smoking building; the management company does not allow it. If you live in an apartment building maybe you can start a petition. Good luck to you. I hope your child feels better.
