Clear the Smoke
2007 marks the third year of this award-winning public education campaign. This year’s new Clear the Smoke "Live Smoke-Free" campaign television and radio spots focus on encouraging Hawaii residents to eliminate tobacco and smoking from their lives. The ads feature bold messages and edgy visuals which challenge individuals to make a personal choice against tobacco use. For smokers that action could be calling the Hawai‘i Tobacco Quitline at 1-800-QUIT-NOW for help and for non-smokers that action could be establishing a smoke-free home or joining a cigarette butt beach clean up.
